Imperial Festivities in Hainaut, 1549

A group of international researchers discusses the 1549 festivities organised by Mary of Hungary for her brother Emperor Charles V at the palace of Binche and the country house of Mariemont, built by Jacques Du Broeucq, on the occasion of the succession of the future Philip II.
